• Friday, October 15, 2021
• Pudding Ridge Golf Course, Mocksville NC
• $75 per person/ $300 per team
• Captain’s Choice
• Prizes for winners of each shotgun start
• 2 shotgun starts (8:30am & 2pm)
• Lunch for both shotguns, starts between 12p-2p
• Refreshments provided throughout tournament
• 1 Tee Buster & 3 Mulligans per player $20

• Tournament Sponsor- one time tournament sponsor, banner, tee box sign, 4 man team, social media, brochure advertisement $2000
• Platinum Sponsor -banner, tee box sign, 4 man team, social media, brochure advertisement $1000
• Gold Sponsor- banner, tee box sign, 4 man team $800
• Silver Sponsor- tee box sign, 4 man team $450
• Bronze Sponsor- tee box sign $150
• Monetary Donation of your choice
